There is a beautiful friend I had growing up, we’ll call him Lem.
I really looked up to Lem. I remember a specific moment talking with all the hot girls about him. They said he had this perfect “just doesn’t care” attitude - to which I replied, “like an angel?” And they said, “No, basically the opposite.”
I would often think of what Lem would do in a certain situation. Nine times out of ten, I would return this answer:
HE WOULDN’T HAVE GOTTEN THERE IN THE FIRST PLACE.
Which brings me to my drive by McDonalds today. For the first time in years - much like when I was younger - I pride myself in not having consumed the garbage for months now.
AND I DON’T WANT TO BREAK THAT ANYTIME SOON.
Lem taught me the best solution to any problem is to not create it in the first place.
Simply and quickly exploring the McDonalds problem, I can understand my life to be much lower energy than it is right now during the times I am eating plenty of McDonalds all the time and craving it the rest of the time.
Now, without the urge, the complex situation of raising my energy levels has brought me far enough away from the McDonalds energy vibration that I simply cannot accept bringing myself down to that level.
Thanks to Mr. Lem, we no longer need to struggle through solving our problems. Instead, we remove them as problems in the first place.
Goodbye, stress. Hello presence, calmness, and certainty in our being.
I love you so much and think you’re the most incredible thing the universe has created. I am so grateful to explore just how true this is in the coming months with you.
Until then, stay happy, stay growing, and stay positive.
You’re a beauty ❤️
